Rules on Published Content

Setzy lets people publish training plans, share workouts, write comments and set a profile picture. These are the rules for that, and what we do when someone breaks them. Agreeing to them is part of creating an account.

What you may not publish

Anywhere other people can see it — a published plan, a shared workout, a comment, a display name, a handle, a bio, or a profile picture:

• Anything illegal, or that encourages an illegal act.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting a person.
• Hate speech, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, age or sexual orientation.
• Sexual content, nudity, or sexualised imagery of any kind.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Content that promotes self-harm, disordered eating, or extreme restriction. Setzy is a training log, and weight loss framed as starvation is not welcome here.
• Training plans that are dangerous or knowingly harmful, or that present themselves as medical advice.
• Promotion of steroids or other controlled substances.
• Impersonating another person, or a handle or display name intended to be mistaken for someone else.
• Spam, advertising, scams, or links to malware.
• Someone else's copyrighted material, or a photograph of a person who has not agreed to it.
• Another person's private information.

How to report something

Every profile and every published plan has a Report control inside the app, and no account is needed beyond your own. Reports are anonymous — nothing about your report is shown to the person you reported.

You can also block anyone. Blocking removes any follow between you in both directions, and you disappear from each other: they cannot see your profile, find you in search, or see anything you share.

What we do about it

A profile that accumulates several unresolved reports is automatically hidden from search and its display name withheld while it is reviewed. That is a precaution, not a finding, and it is reversed if the reports are dismissed.

If your content or account is removed and you believe it was a mistake, email report@setzy.app and a person will look at it.

Your responsibility for what you publish

You are responsible for everything you publish, and you confirm you have the right to publish it. You keep ownership of it. Publishing gives us permission to display it to the people you shared it with — and, for a published plan or a share link, publicly — and to let other Setzy users adopt a plan you published. That permission exists only so the feature works.

Plans other people have already adopted remain theirs to train on, and a published listing survives the deletion of your account with the author shown as "Deleted user". Everything personal is removed; see the Privacy Policy.

Licence to use Setzy

Setzy is free, and is licensed to you by Samuel Diny rather than sold. Subject to these rules and the Terms of Use, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy it, sell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or remove any notice from it. This licence ends if you stop using Setzy or if your account is ended.

Where Setzy is downloaded from the Apple App Store, this licence is between you and us and not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
